Tired of trailering? Rent a condo, cottage or 5-bedroom home for the snowmobile season. Seasonal rentals for the snowmobile season include long-term parking, utilities, plowing, linens and 24-hour access. Seasonal rentals generally run from January 1 - March 31. Depending on the unit you chose, rates run from $3,500 - $7,500 for the season. Join up with another snowmobile enthusiast and split the cost. Grand View Lodging is situated on 14 private acres at the top of Durgin Hill overlooking the Misery Ridge Mountain Range. (Misery loves company!) At Grand View, you step outside your door, start your sled and start riding the snowmobile trails. Located four miles north of the intown trails, our snowmobile trails are less crowded and the increased elevation allows the snow to stay around longer. The location can't be beat!
- 1 and 2-Bedroom Condos. Each sleeps 5-9 and has a living room, pullout sleeper/bunk bed, comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, full bathroom, private deck, vcr and linens.
- 5-Bedroom New England Home. This lovely New England home (part of a 16,000 acre horse farm in years gone by) has a large deck overlooking the mountain range, wood floors, bay windows, fully equipped kitchen, elegant furnishings, queen size beds, tv/vcr, fireplace, three separate gathering areas (2 with TVs), mudroom for gear and a paved driveway.
- 1-Bedroom Cottage. This cozy cottage is ideal for a couple or family. The sunroom/deck keeps the cottage warm and overlooks four acres. The cottage has a cozy bedroom with a full size bed, bathroom with shower, main living room with a convertible couch/full bed and bunk, twin sleeper sofa and a full kitchen with dining table. The cottage is a stand alone building which adds extra privacy.
