KENNEBEC and DEAD RIVER CAMPGROUND
CAMPING SITES & CABIN TENTS
Our Kennebec & Dead Campground is located right next to the river and is just a short walk on the wooded trail to the area's most popular swimming beach. The campground has heated changing facilities and bathrooms which are open 24 hours and free showers. The general store is one mile up the road and "if they don't have it you don't need it!". The campground has tenting sites for small and large groups. It also has sites with pre-set Cabin Tents. A Cabin Tent has four walls, a wooden floor, a hinged door, sleeps 4-6 and is equipped with cots and mattresses. Just bring a sleeping bag and camp in comfort.
